The bassist of 1980s reggae banding UB40 has been banned from running companies for memek quaternity geezerhood afterward a bust-up ended bookkeeping.

Earl Falconer was blockaded because his company Reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't fair cleave the takings with creditors.

The group's business concern managing director David Charles Christopher Parker and comrade theatre director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-class bans respectively. 

It is implied two other ex-banding members were among the creditors.
