The bassist of 1980s reggae banding UB40 has been banned from running game companies for quaternity years after a bust-up complete bookkeeping.

Earl Falconer was fast because his party Unconditioned reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't fair split the return with creditors.

It is understood two other ex-circle members were among the creditors.
