Yellow Scholars are members who have acquired and shared extensive knowledge on China. It is truly fascinating how TCC managed to enable such a niche position to exist. === Great Yellow Scholars === The group has had two Great Yellow Scholars so far. This title is awarded to those who have an unmatched knowledge of Chinese customs, history, philosophy and society. [[File:Hugh_copypasta.jpg|thumb|374x374px|One of the earliest TCC copypastas, used towards Hugh’s extensive posting on obscure medieval Chinese figures]] The First Yellow Scholar was “Hugh Mungus”, allegedly a Taiwanese teenager who went by the name “Eric”. He was notably shy but very active in the first iterations of TCC. He rose to prominence by posting a lot on obscure medieval Chinese stories, characters and philosophical concepts. It was actually quite baffling how detailed his explanations would be about some random sage who lived in the middle of nowhere in 12th Song dynasty China. Unfortunately, Hugh Mungus perished during the First Testosterone War in 2019. The Second Great Yellow Scholar, Quan, filled the vacuum left by Hugh Mungus. The most curious part is that transition happened quite organically. The post of Great Yellow Scholar was vacant for the better part of three years until Quan seized it somewhere in 2022. He had already been a long-standing member of TCC, but started gaining popularity when he became more active in commenting on Chinese-related matters. Quan, while not as knowledgeable of obscure medieval Chinese history like Hugh, does possess a notorious knowledge of Chinese society and customs - something that has been very well-received by members who are interested in or horny for the Chinese. === Lesser Yellow Scholars === Another very celebrated Yellow Scholar is Andy, who is commonly inquired about Chinese customs. he does seem to have a more practical and modern way of addressing inquiries, not really delving deeper into social and historical roots of customs. Daz does not seem to be particularly knowledgeable of Chinese history, but he told us a super funny story about Taiwanese girls getting desperately horny for white cock on a language exchange app, so I will include him here.
