Editing One Bulgarian Rule

The One Bulgaria rule prescribes that only one Bulgarian should be allowed at a time in the group. 

This rule was crated in the aftermath of the [[The Centrist Rental Central Incident|Centrist Rental Central]] episode. The notorious Bulgarian Aihei had concluded his chaotic path of wrong-doing with a tremendous blow to then “Ben Shapiro Fans Bulgaria” iteration of TCC. The uproar was such that Aihei was violently expelled like diarrhoea-empowered fart and only one Bulgarian would be allowed at a time in the group. By chance, that Bulgarian turned out to be Georgi, which has been one of the few competent [[jannies]] in later years. 

Notwithstanding, the rule was never fully enforced. There have always been more than one Bulgarian active in virtually all versions of TCC, some more active than others. The current interpretation prescribes that while more than one Bulgarian could be present, only one Bulgarian can uphold the title of Group Bulgarian. This title is held until death or serious calamity.
